  • Maintain and update the company’s YouTube channel by uploading, organizing, titling, tagging, and optimizing video content.
  • Edit videos lightly by trimming, formatting, and cleaning up webinar recordings and marketing videos for on-demand viewing.
  • Manage thumbnails, captions, playlists, descriptions, and publishing schedules on YouTube.
  • Transform webinar and event content into various marketing materials such as video clips, blogs, and campaign assets.
  • Write, edit, format, and publish blog posts, converting technical insights into engaging marketing content.
  • Support content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset coordination to align with marketing strategies.
  • Assist with organizing in-person events including registrations, shipping of materials, booth setup, signage, scheduling, staffing, travel arrangements, and communication before and after events.
  • Travel domestically within Canada and occasionally to the United States for selected events.

  • Proven skills in coordinating webinars, virtual events, or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing YouTube channels and processing video content.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Comfortable processing complex technical and B2B content.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills tailored for remote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel for occasional events in the United States.

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, GoToWebinar, VirtualPro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience supporting demand generation, partner marketing, and event-driven lead generation initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of SEO practices and content optimization techniques.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will thrive in a detail-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and a proactive approach. They will support event execution and marketing campaigns from behind the scenes, working closely with executive leadership, consultants, sales teams, partners, and experts.
