Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Join F1® Arcade as a Marketing Manager based in Chicago with a hybrid work setup. This role reports directly to the Global Marketing Director and is dedicated to enhancing venue traffic, increasing guest visits, and aligning local marketing efforts with the global brand strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement a weekly schedule of events, partnerships, activations, and community outreach efforts aimed at boosting brand awareness, reservations, and repeat customer visits.
• Support special occasions such as Formula 1® race weekends, seasonal promotions, and local events.
• Create tailored marketing approaches specific to the audience of each venue.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local sports teams, business networks, educational institutions, tourism boards, and entertainment sectors.
• Activate and execute global marketing initiatives and campaigns at the venue level.
• Focus on growing guest numbers through walk-ins, bookings, and loyalty program sign-ups.
• Enhance local social media engagement by supporting influencer collaborations and social efforts.
• Contribute to meeting venue revenue goals by elevating guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Serve as the in-venue brand ambassador fostering community presence with events and partnerships.

Skills and Experience

• Background in hospitality, venue marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially driven with focus on increasing venue traffic and revenue.
• Proficient at managing multiple projects and events concurrently.
• Experience collaborating with partners, influencers, or community groups preferred.

Physical and Additional Requirements

Applicants should be capable of performing physical tasks related to venue work, including sitting for short periods, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and frequent manual activities such as twisting, reaching, and grasping. Work environments may vary in temperature, and extended standing and walking is expected. Sanitation protocols are mandatory, and operators of food preparation equipment like knives are required. Effective communication with guests and colleagues and using technology devices are essential.
