Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee Southeast Asia (SEA) markets for a prestigious luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in luxury retail marketing or merchandising, particularly within the SEA region, combined with strong analytical capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies and all-encompassing marketing plans covering Jewelry, High Jewelry, and Timepieces to promote business growth through strategic planning, product evaluation, forecasting, pricing, market insights, and annual marketing plans.
- Lead the orchestration and execution of High Jewelry and High Timepiece launches, ensuring smooth boutique integration by collaborating across departments involving sales analytics, inventory coordination, visual merchandising, and product education.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor actions, pricing structures, and counterfeit threats to deliver insightful market intelligence, uncover growth opportunities, and protect the brand's reputation.
- Promote product knowledge excellence via training initiatives, knowledge exchange, and close cooperation with Retail, Training, and other teams to facilitate successful product introductions and enhance boutique expertise.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the SEA Marketing team by defining priorities, encouraging teamwork, and cultivating a commercially savvy and customer-focused culture that achieves business targets.
