Job description
Role Overview
The Label ME is hiring a creative, well-organized, and self-driven Marketing & Content Specialist to help drive the growth of its luxury retail concepts, The Label and Teeb. This role is best suited to someone with hands-on exposure to luxury retail, fashion, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands, and a strong interest in content development, influencer collaborations, brand alliances, and campaign delivery.
Marketing & Content
- Plan and roll out marketing initiatives for The Label and Teeb.
- Build and manage content across social channels.
- Develop content plans customized for each brand in the platform.
- Organize photoshoots, video production, campaigns, and other content creation activities.
- Draft social captions, campaign outlines, and promotional copy.
- Review content results and spot ways to improve performance.
Brand Partnerships & Outreach
- Research and shortlist potential brands for The Label and Teeb.
- Reach out to designers and brands in fashion, fragrance, beauty, and related categories.
- Keep active relationships with existing partner brands.
- Support the onboarding of new brands and coordinate their marketing needs.
Influencer Marketing
- Find suitable influencers and content creators for campaigns.
- Manage influencer outreach, collaboration setup, and delivery expectations.
- Make sure agreed content is submitted on schedule and matches campaign guidelines.
- Monitor influencer outcomes and maintain campaign reporting.
Business Development Support
- Help identify opportunities for retail activations, pop-ups, exhibitions, and partnerships.
- Liaise with external stakeholders on collaborations and promotional opportunities.
- Support the execution of brand activations, events, exhibitions, and pop-up activities.
Administration & Reporting
- Update outreach trackers, influencer records, and project spreadsheets.
- Prepare performance summaries and status updates for campaigns and ongoing work.
- Maintain clear documentation and follow up on all marketing tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or brand partnerships.
- Prior exposure to luxury retail, fashion, beauty, fragrance, or premium lifestyle brands is required.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Proven involvement in influencer campaigns and partnership management.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational habits and project management capability.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet tools.
- Able to handle several projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Fluency in English is necessary; Arabic is an added advantage.
