Position Overview

Join our team at Universitätsklinikum Würzburg as a dedicated instructor focusing on nursing and health-related education, engaging in a role that combines teaching, research, and curriculum development with a significant societal impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical and theoretical teaching sessions, including skills training and examinations.
• Support and mentor students through their practical training and thesis supervision.
• Participate in managing and advancing the nursing simulation laboratory.
• Plan and implement educational offerings for practice instructors, internal and external partners, and teaching staff.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of nursing science curricula and produce learning and examination materials, whilst fostering collaboration among learning sites.
• Assist with public relations efforts and administrative tasks within the institute.
• Engage in research projects and scientific publication activities.

Required Qualifications and Profile

• Completed higher education degree (Master, Diploma, or equivalent) in nursing pedagogy or science, advanced nursing practice, medical education, health sciences/public health, educational sciences, or a related field.
• Professional training qualification in nursing.
• Preferably experience in nursing education or clinical nursing practice.
• Strong motivation for collaboration with students, practice partners, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and flexibility.
