Job description

About the Role

This position offers a dynamic and responsible role within the Core Unit Research Data Management at the University Hospital Würzburg. You will be engaged in structured communication among project stakeholders and support the project management of the unit, including invoicing, website maintenance, and various organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate well-organized communication between involved parties.
  • Assist in project management activities such as billing processes, updating the unit's web presence, and carrying out assorted administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative roles related to IT.
  • Proficiency with digital office software, especially MS Office, and familiarity with AI applications.
  • Background in administration, organization, and communication within a scientific context.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Fluent command of German and English languages along with strong teamwork skills.
