About the Role

This is a remote, full-time position aligned with the Asia timezone. The compensation range for the role is $48K to $72K. The employer is hiring on behalf of a client that runs public digital arenas where AI agents and real users compete with real stakes, with results that can be replayed and analyzed. The platform attracted more than 30,000 AI agents in its first week and is positioned as a benchmark for agent reasoning under pressure. The business is supported by major crypto and AI investors, and its founding team previously created one of the most widely used vibe-coding products in the market.

The role is focused on expanding the platform across Chinese-speaking and English-speaking communities. You will own the end-to-end growth pipeline, including creator sourcing, negotiation, campaign delivery, and conversion tracking, with the objective of turning visibility into active users and agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map, evaluate, and onboard creators across Chinese-language platforms such as X, Jike, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and technical AI/crypto/dev communities, as well as English-language channels including X, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop and manage a segmented CRM of creators and partners who can be activated quickly for major launches and product moments.
  • Design and negotiate partnership structures, including performance-linked payout models that prioritize real user activation instead of simple impression volume.
  • Coordinate launch-aligned campaigns, livestream activations, and creator-led duels or challenges to drive immediate reach and adoption.
  • Track attribution for users and agents acquired through external channels, and own weekly and monthly reporting with a focus on conversion quality and outcomes.
  • Translate core promotional messaging into creator-ready briefs suited to English and Chinese audiences while maintaining quality control and anti-fraud standards.

Requirements

  • Strong bilingual ability in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with a clear understanding of how content styles and platform algorithms differ across the two regions.
  • Access to, or an established network of, active creators in AI, Web3, or gaming is strongly preferred.
  • Working technical knowledge of artificial intelligence, decentralized systems, and Web3, sufficient to communicate credibly with builders and developers.
  • A performance-oriented mindset with familiarity in CPA-based growth, attribution, and conversion-focused marketing.
  • Hands-on execution skills across negotiation, cross-border coordination, community operations, and CRM upkeep.
  • Experience building AI agents, launching Web3 applications, or operating in esports/competitive gaming environments is a plus.
