Role overview
Bridgestone is seeking a (Junior) Marketing Specialist Events & Digital (m/f/d) to join the team as soon as possible in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This is an open-ended, full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and review trade fairs, events, and other functions while staying aligned with brand standards and corporate identity; also support the EMEA headquarters with international event and exhibition activities.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and service partners to ensure events run smoothly from preparation through completion.
- Own the full invitation and attendee management flow, together with the coordination of all event-related services.
- Develop event and trade fair concepts and formats, including the creation and sourcing of marketing and promotional assets.
- Assist with brand activation for Bridgestone and Firestone, including KPI monitoring, analysis, and reporting to help assess return on investment.
- Maintain compliance with corporate identity requirements across all communication channels and prepare presentations and decision papers for leadership and the EMEA headquarters.
- Handle agency and supplier management, including quotation handling, translation coordination, and support for digital communications and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- A completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or another closely related field.
- Practical experience in marketing across digital and offline channels, plus event work in a corporate or agency setting; experience in the tire or automotive sector is an advantage.
- Confident use of standard MS Office tools, with first exposure to CMS, CRM, or marketing platforms preferred.
- Willingness to travel and mobility for the role, including a valid Class B driver’s license.
- Strong written and spoken German and English skills.
- Creative thinking and a strong ability to communicate in a way that fits the target audience.
- Interest in digital developments, curiosity, initiative, teamwork, and a practical, hands-on attitude.
