Job description
About the role
Red Bull’s Student Marketeer program is a campus-based ambassador role designed to build brand awareness, spark product trial, and strengthen Red Bull’s presence among university students. In this position, you’ll represent the brand in a premium and authentic way, engage directly with consumers, support events, and help shape the brand’s image across campus and the surrounding area.
The role is suited to students who want flexible part-time work rather than a traditional 9-to-5 schedule and who enjoy a creative, high-energy environment.
What you’ll do
You will act as both a brand ambassador and a local sales supporter, helping Red Bull stay visible, relevant, and top of mind in student life and campus outlets.
- Represent the brand’s personality and values in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
- Introduce people to Red Bull through sampling and timely product trial opportunities.
- Design and carry out an engaging campus plan that brings the brand to life at the university.
- Build and maintain relationships with influential people and local contacts.
- Create authentic social media content that strengthens brand engagement.
- Support Red Bull events and partner events to deliver a memorable consumer experience.
- Work closely with local sales account managers to improve availability and visibility.
- Help open new distribution points on campus and in nearby areas.
- Use Red Bull assets and materials to keep the brand prominent in sales channels.
- Ensure store and execution standards are consistently met.
- Share ideas with the wider team through in-person and online collaboration.
- Track and submit activities accurately and on time using the online platform.
- Provide local insights, trends, and opportunities to support media business development.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a social, proactive student who understands campus culture and can confidently connect with a wide range of people.
- Strong enthusiasm for Red Bull and its products.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, positive, and charismatic personality.
- Good understanding of student life, the local city, and regional hotspots and activities.
- Comfortable approaching people and building rapport easily.
- Creative thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to balance part-time work with university studies.
- Interest in developing skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
- Well connected with varied student groups and campus influencers.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
- Enrollment at a university.
- Fluent English communication.
