Role Overview
The Kinaxis Lead Analyst will contribute to expanding and managing Visteon's Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro platform within Global IT. Collaborating closely with senior Kinaxis consultants, the role involves system setup, integration assistance, quality assurance testing, and daily operational support. This position is designed for a driven professional with substantial hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience who is eager to embrace wider responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Kinaxis implementations encompassing requirements gathering, system configuration, testing phases, and successful go-live support.
- Develop and sustain workbooks, dashboards, alert mechanisms, and data views to support operational needs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of data integration pipelines linking Kinaxis with external systems like ERP and enterprise data warehouses.
- Monitor the execution of data loads and integration tasks, promptly investigating and resolving any data quality concerns.
- Offer second-level technical support addressing Kinaxis platform issues reported by business users.
- Conduct rigorous testing including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, alongside recording outcomes and facilitating defect correction.
Qualifications and Expertise
- At least 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, including a minimum of one complete end-to-end system implementation.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- Proven capability in designing and managing workbooks, dashboards, alerts, and data views within Kinaxis.
- Solid understanding of data integration principles and familiarity with Kinaxis data feeds.
- Proficiency in SQL to assist with troubleshooting and verifying data accuracy.
- Knowledge of fundamental supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Awareness of ITIL frameworks or service management procedures, particularly regarding incident, change, and problem management.
- Kinaxis certification is advantageous; experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, QAD, or IFS and ETL tools is highly valued.
