Role Overview

The Junior In-Store Visual Merchandiser position in Auckland is an entry-level opportunity aimed at developing your capabilities in visual merchandising while enhancing customer experience through creative displays. This is a full-time, onsite role with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday, requiring flexibility to work varied hours throughout these days.

Responsibilities

• Implement the visual merchandising and creative strategies designed by the Senior Visual Merchandiser, aligning with brand goals to boost sales and profitability.
• Create engaging in-store displays including window setups and mannequin arrangements to promote the brand's vision and elevate the shopping environment.
• Support the broader store team by educating them on maintaining merchandising standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and team to meet key performance indicators and store targets.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in fashion retail is preferred.
• A customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Creativity and eagerness to acquire new skills in visual merchandising.
