Role Overview

As a Back of House Assistant based in Robina, Queensland, this role requires supporting store operations primarily from Tuesday to Saturday, with varied shift timings. Your key focus will be ensuring accurate and efficient handling of stockroom activities, contributing to outstanding customer service by managing the movement and condition of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Back of House Manager/Supervisor with receiving deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of stock areas, and minimizing stock damage or loss.
• Support sales staff by promptly retrieving requested footwear styles and sizes, facilitating smooth customer transactions on the selling floor.
• Maintain standards for back of house areas aligned with company expectations.
• Ensure all products are correctly priced and tagged.
• Help replenish stock on the sales floor to guarantee availability across all sizes.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and management teams to meet performance indicators and targets.

Candidate Profile

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar sectors.
• Experience in back of house or warehouse environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong organisational capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
