Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with your supervisor to plan, develop, and implement new product and innovation projects.
• Manage your product range aiming for sustained revenue and profit growth by planning, coordinating, and monitoring the use of all marketing mix tools.
• Independently lead projects through relevant processes such as Stage-Gate and packaging workflows.
• Analyze external quantitative market data, work with market research to derive actionable measures, and prepare documentation for market research tests.
• Conduct competitive surveillance, store visits, regular reporting, and maintain close communication with internal departments.
• Support media and communication campaigns and assist with budget planning and monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in economics with a focus on marketing, complemented by initial work experience in product management, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong expertise in market and product knowledge, along with a keen understanding of consumer needs and trends.
• Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, resilience, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Practical experience in project management with a track record of independently managing projects.
• Proficiency in German (excellent) and English (good), both written and spoken.
