About Dr. Oetker and the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the annual compensation processes such as merit-based salary increases, bonuses, and promotions, while conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys to provide data-driven advice.
- Help develop and maintain systems for job evaluation, grading, and compensation to ensure fairness within the company and competitiveness externally through analysis of compensation data.
- Support analysis and enhancement of employee benefits on an international level, working closely with global People & Culture teams and external vendors.
- Contribute to renewal initiatives by performing cost and strategic assessments, preparing comprehensive analyses, reports, and presentations for international stakeholders.
- Focus on data analysis related to rewards including pay gap assessments, trend reports, ensuring data integrity in HR information systems, and aiding compliance and audit reporting.
- Coordinate international projects related to rewards, aid in implementing new systems, enhance processes, and assist with development of policy documents, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
Candidate Profile
- A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; relevant certifications like CCP or GRP are an advantage.
- Several years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards including familiarity with salary surveys, benchmarking, and international reward frameworks.
- Competence with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors and proficiency in job evaluation methods like Mercer or Hay.
- Strong analytical skills, numerical proficiency, advanced Excel abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relations and handling confidential information ethically; a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Fluency in written and oral English is required.
