Role Overview
As a Jewellery Consultant, you will support customers in selecting from a range of gold, diamond, and other jewelry items, ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales goals. You will educate clients on the product details, pricing structures, promotional offers, and available after-sale support. Maintaining eye-catching displays and an inviting showroom environment is also part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the selection of gold, diamond, and fine jewelry products.
- Provide outstanding service to foster strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed individual and overall store sales objectives.
- Clearly communicate product features, pricing, current promotions, and post-purchase services.
