Travel Consultant - MICE Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and accomplished MICE Sales Manager to join our Chandigarh team. This role focuses on expanding business within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) domain by leveraging robust corporate relationships and deep industry networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the MICE sector.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Manage MICE client accounts from initial negotiation through proposal development and event coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling MICE proposals, itineraries, and packages.
• Use corporate connections to generate qualified sales leads.
• Consistently meet or surpass defined sales targets for MICE offerings.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 10 years of experience in MICE sales, corporate travel, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Strong network and connections within corporate clientele.
• Demonstrated success in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude for business development and networking.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward sales objectives.

Location Restriction

Only candidates currently residing in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula will be eligible for consideration. Applicants outside these locations will not be considered.

Selection Procedure
