Job description
Role Overview
This leadership role is focused on expanding GCC business for a well-known consulting organization. The position combines market development, senior client engagement, and execution oversight to win and deliver high-value transformation and risk-focused engagements.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to build GCC revenue through a mix of new business development, account expansion, and executive-level relationship management. The role also requires close coordination with delivery teams to define and implement AI-enabled risk analytics offerings that translate into measurable client impact.
- Accelerate GCC growth by leading go-to-market initiatives, prospecting, and account expansion efforts.
- Engage directly with CXO-level stakeholders to identify needs, shape solutions, and move opportunities to closure.
- Balance hunting and farming activities across the sales cycle, from opportunity creation to deal finalization.
- Work with delivery teams to design and position AI-driven risk analytics solutions.
- Support successful implementation of solutions and help ensure strong outcomes for clients.
- Contribute in a role split of approximately 70% sales/GTM and 30% delivery involvement.

Additional Information
The compensation range stated for this position is INR 50,00,000 to INR 60,00,000 per annum.
