Job Overview
We seek a dynamic Jet Ski Instructor dedicated to safety and delivering excellent water sport experiences. This role involves guiding jet ski excursions, giving safety instructions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed safety briefings and operational guidance prior to tours.
- Lead guests on guided jet ski rides while prioritizing their safety.
- Perform pre- and post-use checks on jet skis and safety gear.
- Monitor sea and weather conditions to assess tour suitability.
- Help guests with fitting life jackets and other equipment correctly.
- Immediately report any incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions.
- Keep equipment clean and stored appropriately after use.
- Offer exceptional customer service aimed at creating memorable experiences.
- Adhere strictly to UAE maritime safety laws and company operational procedures.
- Support promotional efforts and sales of additional water sport activities when possible.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience as a Jet Ski or Watersports Instructor is essential.
- Proficient swimming ability.
- Jet ski operation certification or equivalent is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification considered an advantage.
