Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide information on specials or new menu items, respond to inquiries, and handle orders and payments efficiently.
• Prepare a variety of beverages including hot drinks, mocktails, cocktails, soft drinks, and specialty beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
• Package food and beverages appropriately for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and dining areas, including emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Enhance personal knowledge on brewing techniques, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation to improve product quality.
• Update signage and displays to attract customer interest.
• Manage inventory tasks such as taking stock and restocking items in display cases, on tables, or behind the counter.
• Collaborate effectively within a dynamic, high-energy team environment.
• Comply with all food safety guidelines and quality control standards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a four or five-star hotel or relevant industry.
• Demonstrate capacity to work well with diverse cultural teams.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Maintain a quality-focused mindset with attention to detail and high performance standards.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Technical skills in related software are preferred.
