Role overview
The HR Personnel Coordinator will handle the daily administrative side of human resources, keeping employee records organized, supporting payroll preparation, and helping with onboarding, exits, and visa-related procedures. The role also requires close attention to UAE Labour Law compliance and accurate HR documentation.
Core responsibilities
- Keep employee personnel files and HR paperwork up to date and well organized.
- Support the onboarding and exit process, including contract renewals and probation reminders.
- Draft employment agreements, letters, certificates, and other HR correspondence.
- Work with the PRO on visas, Emirates ID, labour card, and work permit processing.
- Check attendance, leave, and overtime information and prepare inputs for monthly payroll.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and correct any data issues.
- Make sure HR practices follow UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
- Prepare HR trackers and reports and assist with audit-related tasks.
- Answer employee HR queries professionally while protecting confidentiality.
Qualification requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 and 4 years of HR personnel experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and standard HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, Microsoft Office, and payroll coordination.
- Experience in hospitality or a multi-company group is an added advantage.
