Job description
Job Summary
This position supports the full employee journey from hiring through exit, with a focus on HR administration, personnel records, onboarding, and government-related processes. The role also helps ensure all HR activities follow UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures while providing prompt support to employees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding, contract drafting, contract renewals, staff transfers, promotions, and exit procedures.
- Keep employee data, HRIS entries, and personnel files accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate visa processing, labour permits, Emirates ID, medical requirements, renewals, cancellations, and related government formalities with the PRO team.
- Draft HR letters and certificates such as employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and experience certificates.
- Assist payroll processing by making sure all personnel changes are completed accurately and within required timelines.
- Track probation periods, contract end dates, visa expiry dates, and other compliance-related deadlines.
- Support adherence to UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and company procedures.
- Respond to employee questions on HR policies, leave, attendance, benefits, and other personnel matters.
- Prepare HR summaries, personnel dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Carry out additional HR and personnel tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of HR and personnel experience in the UAE is required.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, and related personnel procedures is needed.
- Prior experience managing employee documentation and HR administration is necessary.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms is expected.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
