Janitor / Maintenance (Day & Night Shifts)

About the Role

LV Petroleum LLC seeks motivated and diligent Janitors to support the upkeep and maintenance of our facility located in Fairview, KS. This position is vital for ensuring clean, safe, and hospitable surroundings for customers and staff alike.

Walk-In Interview Information

Candidates can attend walk-in interviews Monday through Friday, from 11 AM to 4 PM, at our travel center located at 801 W 1st St, Fairview, KS 66425.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct routine cleaning in several areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public zones.
• Carry out floor care such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Empty garbage and manage waste disposal efficiently.
• Support minor maintenance activities and promptly inform supervisors about major repair needs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown during events or meetings as required.
• Maintain inventory and organization of cleaning supplies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming guests and responding to their inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is advantageous.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills complemented by a friendly attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed.
