About the Role

Mercor connects top creative and technical experts with prominent AI research institutions. Based in San Francisco, our backers include Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.

We are seeking an Investment Banking Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position offers $130 per hour, requiring a commitment of at least 10 hours weekly for a minimum duration of four weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Assess the precision and comprehensiveness of financial models to enhance the thoroughness and soundness of their outcomes.
Examine complex investment banking materials ensuring they adhere to relevant principles and best practices.
Deliver concise and organized feedback to AI research teams aimed at refining training datasets and improving model performance.
Create evaluation criteria and benchmarks to measure AI-generated financial tasks and their effectiveness.
Partner with subject matter experts to maintain dataset consistency, relevance, and coverage.
Operate independently in an asynchronous environment to meet deadlines and boost AI model capabilities.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years experience working at leading investment banking firms.
Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Pitch Deck creation, Investment/Analysis Summaries and Memos, as well as Company and Industry Analysis.

Compensation & Legal Details

This is an hourly contractor role.
Payments are issued weekly.
