Role Overview
The 2027 Analyst Programme at Emerge Capital offers motivated individuals an opportunity to gain invaluable, hands-on experience within the real estate sector. Successful candidates will initially join as interns during their final university year before transitioning to full-time roles in 2027. This position suits those eager to develop expertise in investment management and asset oversight working alongside seasoned professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing client investments within office, living, and industrial property sectors.
- Contribute to financial model preparation and review to identify key assumptions and value factors.
- Develop investor communication materials including presentations and information memorandums.
- Prepare strategic investment management reports for client review.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining investor trackers and organizing shared drives to facilitate smooth operation of assignments.
- Complete additional ad hoc tasks as required to support team objectives.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Final-year undergraduate or master's students from any discipline with a minimum academic record of 80+ WAM.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills combined with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn within a collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
