International Voice Process Customer Service Executive - Freshers and Experienced

About the Role

The Job Factory is currently seeking both freshers and experienced candidates for positions as Customer Service Executives in international voice and non-voice processes. Positions are available in Bangalore with full-time employment and an immediate joining opportunity. The workweek consists of 5 working days with 2 days off. Transportation includes one-way cab service depending on shift timings. Salary for freshers can go up to 3.5 LPA, and for experienced candidates up to 6.5 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls from customers, addressing queries about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide suitable solutions.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team for further assistance.
• Achieve targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• For non-voice roles, respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, process requests, perform data entry, and verify documents while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements

• Applicants should be graduates; freshers are welcome to apply.
• For voice roles, strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
• For non-voice roles, good written English and typing skills are required.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, internet, and MS Office.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts as necessary.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting quality standards.
