Role Summary
This internship/VIE role in People Development & Culture supports key talent and culture initiatives for LVMH Beauty – North America. Working under the Senior Director of Talent Development & Culture and in partnership with the People Engagement & Culture Partner, the position helps strengthen awareness and adoption of Career Compass, support NextGen engagement, assist with the rollout of AI for all, and contribute to learning initiatives for the beauty division. The role is designed to help build a more scalable and effective talent ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Help deliver Career Compass activities, including arranging Petit Career Compass Café sessions, organizing workshops, and gathering employee testimonials.
- Support engagement efforts for NextGen talent by contributing to community-building initiatives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating learning and development programs such as Learning Month, HR workshops, and RISE sessions.
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of AI-related initiatives across the division.
- Take part in internal communication and awareness campaigns that encourage participation and understanding of key programs.
- Support event coordination and other initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
- Track engagement metrics and ROI indicators to evaluate program impact.
- Assist in strengthening the talent pipeline and broader talent ecosystem as part of the internship/VIE assignment.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a closely related field.
- Proven organizational and communication abilities, gained through prior work experience or academic projects.
- Comfort handling several priorities at once and working efficiently under changing demands.
- Genuine interest in talent development and organizational culture, shown through studies, extracurricular activities, or related exposure.
