Job Summary

The Manager, Talent and Culture is instrumental in cultivating an inclusive, engaging, and connected organizational culture at F&G. Reporting directly to the AVP of Talent Management, this position leads the company's Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives, supports the Inclusive Culture Advisory Council, and champions culture-driven programs aligned with overall talent engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs aligned with F&G's employee engagement strategy designed to foster inclusion, connection, and collaboration among a distributed and remote workforce.
Drive the execution of initiatives and yearly objectives set forth by the Inclusive Culture Advisory Council.
Oversee ERG management including defining program direction, managing timelines, allocating budgets, and coordinating resources for optimal delivery.
Provide coaching and support to ERG leadership to enhance leadership skills, encourage inclusivity, and promote ongoing development.
Establish and nurture cross-functional partnerships to advance objectives related to culture, inclusion, and employee involvement.
Advise leaders and partners to influence decisions that improve culture, engagement, and inclusion metrics.
Assist in facilitating talent programs that focus on culture, inclusion, and engagement.
Analyze and interpret data to assess program effectiveness and deliver division-tailored insights that guide talent and culture strategies.
Stay informed of emerging trends and share best practices to continually enhance efforts in culture, engagement, and inclusion.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional experience may substitute educational requirements.
At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, with preferred focus on talent management, employee engagement, inclusion, or cultural initiatives.
Minimum of two years’ experience managing programs.
Comprehensive knowledge of employee engagement principles.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong initiative, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations.
Capability to facilitate training and resolve issues in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong relationship-building aptitude with demonstrated collaboration and influence skills.
Discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and maintain effective partnerships.

Other Requirements

This role primarily involves sedentary work with extended computer use, occasional standing or walking; reasonable accommodations are available as needed.
Willingness and availability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Consistent attendance and punctuality is expected.
Additional duties and projects may be assigned as necessary.
