You will work closely with Maison teams, headquarters functions, and other regions to increase the business value generated by projects and solutions, improve resource flexibility, and create synergies while addressing local priorities and constraints.

You will also drive technology transformation, champion the Beauty Division’s tech strategy and services through co-construction with operational teams, and strengthen operational excellence across the perimeter.

  • Advise on ways to optimize technology spending with complete transparency.
  • Follow all projects in scope and communicate their progress.

  • Position the relevant LVMH Beauty Tech services effectively within your perimeter using the service catalog.
  • Help APAC stakeholders understand the value of the shared technology offering.
  • Apply a global-local approach by contributing to technology decisions for projects.
  • Collect business needs and expectations to improve the Group service catalog and keep it relevant.
  • Extend regional management practices to encourage cross-country synergies, align stakeholders, anticipate needs, discourage off-process initiatives, and maximize value through reuse of expertise and experience.
  • Partner with Functional Domain Managers to ensure APAC solutions and organization remain aligned with business needs.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing communities and, where relevant, Design Communities or Authorities.
  • Take part in governance forums for your region and for LVMH Beauty Tech, as well as project steering committees.
