Make Up For Ever is a dynamic collective focused on redefining makeup, creating high-performance products aimed at enabling individuals to express their uniqueness. Founded in 1984 and part of the LVMH luxury group since 1999, it operates globally across more than 55 countries with over 1,400 employees. The Perfumes & Cosmetics division includes prestigious brands cutting across established names like Parfums Christian Dior and Guerlain, alongside innovative brands such as Benefit Cosmetics and Make Up For Ever.

Within the Middle East, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics oversees nine brands across 47 countries including Europe, Africa, and India, managing through subsidiaries and agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the General Manager to support strategic planning by providing critical financial analyses and forecasts to underpin commercial agreements and decision-making.
• Evaluate organizational performance relative to budgets and long-term strategies; develop financial and operational tools to recommend actionable cost-saving and profit-enhancing strategies.
• Lead financial aspects of business transformations and new opportunities to enhance brand profitability and sustainability.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams in MEA and Europe to co-develop effective financial steering tools including budgets, business models, and scenario planning.
• Drive comprehensive financial understanding and reporting for EMEA, covering profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow to ensure strategic alignment.
• Oversee preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets with full accountability for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial controlling practices across EMEA to harmonize and create synergies between regional teams.
• Analyze and optimize cost structures while balancing strategic growth priorities.
• Lead the Finance Controlling team across Paris, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and partnership with diverse business units.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and strategic reviews to senior management and the Global CFO, supporting decision-making and transparency.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in finance or controlling with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the Middle East region or within the cosmetics or luxury sectors is highly advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to foster collaboration and transparency across teams.
• Business-oriented with a proactive team mindset and commitment to driving business growth and transformation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlines.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems.
