Role overview
This internship sits within the HR team in London and supports the wider talent strategy across attraction, hiring, development and employee engagement for head office and retail teams. The role is aimed at helping build a strong sense of belonging, inclusion and high performance through internal communications and engagement activities.
Recruitment support
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with the full hiring process for head office and retail positions, including job advertising, CV screening, shortlist creation and video interviews where needed.
- Help run interviews and assessment centres for head office internship positions, and support the wider intern hiring and onboarding journey.
- Work with hiring managers to arrange interviews, collect feedback and keep communication moving smoothly and on time.
- Share clear, helpful and timely feedback with candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Internal communications and engagement
- Partner with teams across the Maison to create engaging material for internal channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, the intranet and email.
- Coordinate internal events and learning workshops, including diary management, RSVP tracking, event logistics and liaison with external suppliers.
- Support both planned and ad hoc internal communications, ensuring messages are accurate, well presented and sent out on time.
- Review employee responses and engagement data from events, communications and workshops, then use the findings to suggest practical improvements and creative ideas.
- Help arrange committee meetings, focus groups and events aligned with the DEI strategy to support a more inclusive workplace.
Administration
- Keep trackers and agreements current, complete and accurate.
- Raise purchase orders and follow up with Accounts to ensure invoices are processed correctly.
