Job description
Role overview
This position is focused on running full-cycle hiring for Supply Chain and Finance roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates to drive strong hiring results while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey.
The role calls for owning recruitment activities independently, starting from intake conversations and sourcing plans through to offer management, support during onboarding, and keeping candidates engaged through their notice periods. Alongside core hiring work, you will also contribute to talent acquisition projects that improve hiring quality, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
Primary support will be for Supply Chain and Finance recruitment, though you may occasionally assist other business functions depending on need.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring for allocated Supply Chain and Finance vacancies.
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, success criteria, timelines, and priorities.
- Create sourcing plans and develop strong, diverse talent pools using direct search, referrals, networking, and external platforms.
- Evaluate, screen, and shortlist candidates based on fit for the role and the organization.
- Coordinate interviews and keep communication flowing smoothly between all involved stakeholders.
- Work with hiring managers and HR teams to share market intelligence, status updates on pipelines, and hiring guidance.
- Lead discussions around offers, negotiation, and final candidate closure.
- Stay connected with candidates through onboarding and notice periods to improve joining outcomes.
- Keep recruitment systems and processes accurate and compliant.
- Support projects tied to process enhancement, candidate experience, employer branding, diversity hiring, talent pipelining, and operational excellence.
- Assist with hiring support for other functions when business needs require it.
Experience and qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required.
You should have demonstrated experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment in either a corporate or agency setting.
Strong skills in stakeholder handling, communication, and influencing are important for this role.
The job requires the ability to juggle several open requisitions at once without compromising quality or candidate experience.
Hands-on experience in direct sourcing, market mapping, candidate evaluation, and offer management is expected.
Preferred background
Recruitment experience in Supply Chain and/or Finance will be a distinct advantage. Relevant Supply Chain hiring exposure may include manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, procurement, logistics, warehousing, customer service & logistics, quality, HSE, continuous improvement, R&D/innovation, and plant leadership positions.
For Finance, preferred exposure includes commercial finance, FP&A, plant finance, supply chain finance, internal controls, internal audit, procurement finance, accounting, and financial planning roles.
