Insurance Advisor - Tamil/Telugu and English

Role Overview

We are searching for Insurance Advisors fluent in English and either Tamil or Telugu. This position fits candidates who can guide customers with a consultative approach rather than pushing unwanted sales. You will help clients choose suitable insurance policies only when there's a genuine fit and need.

Work Style and Teams

The role focuses on responding to inbound inquiries only — no cold calling involved. You will assess customer needs, explain policy trade-offs, and facilitate confident purchasing decisions without pressuring buyers. Consultations are thoughtful and paced for quality engagement.

Applicants may select one of two teams:

• Team Falcon: Telephone-first, deep relationship-building conversations, typically from 10am to 8pm with breaks.
• Team Bliss: Chat-first advisory mainly via WhatsApp, starting with shorter calls increasing over time, with shifts from 10am-7pm or 12pm-9pm.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent, empathetic communication capable of being clear and accessible.
• Strong customer judgment with the confidence to be helpful but firm.
• Keen attention to detail to avoid future claim errors.
• Comfort handling complex, unclear client situations.
• Fluency in English plus Tamil or Telugu; other Indian languages are a plus.
• Basic proficiency with technology and CRM-like systems.
• No prior insurance experience required; thorough training provided.
