Insurance Advisor - Tamil/Telugu & English

Role Overview

We are seeking Insurance Advisors fluent in English and Tamil or Telugu to provide consultative sales in insurance. This client-facing role focuses on guiding customers to suitable policies based on their genuine needs through advice-first interactions rather than aggressive selling methods.

Key Characteristics of the Position

• Engage exclusively with inbound leads who have expressed interest; no cold calling involved.
• Use a consultative approach prioritizing understanding customer needs and explaining product trade-offs.
• Support customers in plan selection and purchase when a good fit is found.
• Maintain respectful interaction without exerting pressure on customers.
• Take adequate time during consultations for thoughtful advice.

Team Options

Choose between two experience styles based on communication preference:

• Team Falcon – Phone-first, deeper conversations; typical hours from 10 am to 8 pm with breaks.
• Team Bliss – Chat-first, fast-paced WhatsApp advisory initially with gradual call increase; shifts from 10 am to 7 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent, empathetic communication skills capable of simplifying complex information.
• Good judgment balancing customer support with assertiveness.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy to prevent potential claim issues.
• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in client situations.
• Strong English skills required; knowledge of Tamil or Telugu essential.
• Basic proficiency using tech tools, especially CRMs.

Experience & Training

No previous insurance experience needed; full training provided to build ethical advisory skills rather than rote scripts.
