Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer marketing initiatives from conception through execution.
• Identify and recruit creators who closely align with brand objectives and values.
• Establish and nurture enduring partnerships with creators and collaborators.
• Develop clear, strategic briefs that inspire creation of premium content.
• Oversee timelines and deliverables ensuring smooth campaign progression with minimal oversight.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and apply insights to optimize future efforts.
• Work alongside internal departments to ensure unified and effective campaign execution.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in influencer or digital marketing, with practical campaign management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of key drivers behind successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with influencers and partners.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to prioritize both creative vision and data-driven performance.
• Highly proactive, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Technical Requirements

• Ownership of a personal computer or laptop capable of supporting various tools and platforms.
