Role Overview

We invite you to join our diverse and multilingual team as a TikTok Creator Partnerships Specialist, working remotely and part-time. Engage in project coordination, creator management, and campaign support while enhancing your skills within a supportive "People First" environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and manage project workflows for TikTok creator campaigns.
• Conduct outreach to creators, manage communications and logistics, negotiate rates and deliverables at scale.
• Oversee the entire creator pipeline including outreach, contract management, content supervision, and payment processing.
• Review creator content drafts to ensure alignment with brand and campaign standards.
• Send, track creator agreements, and process payments punctually.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting on creator engagement, output, expenditures, and performance metrics.
• Identify and report any disputes or potential risks in creator relationships to internal teams with relevant context.
• Adhere strictly to internal procedures and standard operating protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in English at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok platforms; quick to learn new tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple partnership relationships effectively.
• Experience in designing and maintaining tracking systems and reporting dashboards.
• Competent at independently managing routine negotiations and approvals, with escalation when appropriate.
• Availability to respond promptly to urgent creator communications.
• Reliable in delivering tasks on time and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Possess a positive, proactive, and accountable work attitude.
• Personal computer equipped with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds).
