Role Overview

As a TikTok Creator Partnerships Specialist, you will coordinate TikTok influencer campaigns, supporting daily operations and managing partnerships effectively. You will operate in a multicultural setting, primarily from your home office, with strong backing under our People First management philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and provide operational support for ongoing campaigns.
• Engage with creators, manage logistics, negotiate rates, and define deliverables at scale.
• Oversee the entire creator pipeline including outreach, negotiations, contracts, content approval, and payments, ensuring timely updates.
• Review creator content drafts to ensure alignment with brand and campaign requirements.
• Handle creator agreements and payment processing as scheduled.
• Maintain detailed reporting on creator status, output, expenditures, and performance for stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate any disputes or risks concerning creator relationships to the internal team with appropriate context.
• Adhere to all internal procedures and standard operating protocols.

Requirements

• Proficient English skills at C1 level or higher, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok, and a quick learner of software applications.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Experience in creating and maintaining tracking systems and performance dashboards.
• Ability to conduct routine negotiations and secure approvals independently, with escalation as required.
• Availability to manage urgent communications with creators efficiently.
• Proven track record of dependable and timely task delivery.
• Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and accountable work approach.
• Owns a personal computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and reliable internet connectivity of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
