Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple campaigns and provide daily operational oversight for project execution.
• Engage with creators by managing outreach, coordinating logistics, and negotiating rates and deliverables at scale.
• Maintain and manage the entire creator pipeline, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, content approval, and payment processing, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Review and approve creator content drafts ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign guidelines.
• Manage creator agreements and ensure prompt payment processing.
• Track and report on creator status, output, expenditures, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate potential disputes or at-risk partnerships to internal teams with detailed context.
• Adhere strictly to internal procedures and standard operating protocols.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok; able to quickly learn new software tools.
• Strong organizational capabilities to simultaneously manage multiple creator partnerships.
• Experience developing and maintaining tracking systems and analytical reporting dashboards.
• Ability to handle routine negotiations independently while recognizing when to escalate issues.
• Availability to manage urgent creator communications promptly.
• Consistently reliable in delivering tasks within deadlines.
• Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and accountable approach to work.
• Must have a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds.
