Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Specialist to aid in the marketing efforts of XtalPi Chemistry Services in North America. This specialist will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, generating content, managing event marketing, digital marketing, and initiatives aimed at raising brand awareness to fuel business growth. Collaboration with Business Development, Scientific, and Global Marketing teams will be key in producing engaging marketing materials, organizing customer interactions, and promoting XtalPi’s AI-enhanced chemistry solutions to the global life sciences market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing synchronized marketing campaigns spanning digital and traditional channels.
- Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, success stories, and product information.
- Develop and manage content for platforms including LinkedIn, email campaigns, newsletters, website updates, and other digital channels.
- Organize and coordinate conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer gatherings, and promotional events, encompassing logistics and follow-up activities.
- Work with scientific and business units to convert complex technical information into clear, engaging marketing material aimed at customers.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across presentations, marketing assets, and client communications.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover industry trends, customer insights, and new business possibilities.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign outcomes, recommending enhancements based on key performance indicators.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRMs, supporting lead management and campaign reporting.
- Support Business Development by preparing customer presentations and providing sales enablement resources.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to assist regional and global marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, communications, or equivalent roles.
- A strong passion for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, AI-driven drug discovery, or life sciences fields.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and visual presentations.
- High level of organization and project management skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Capability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email campaign tools, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and marketing analytics platforms is advantageous.
- Experience assisting with conferences, webinars, or customer-facing events is a plus.
- Prior involvement in B2B marketing, life sciences, or scientific sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
