Role Overview

As an Abandoned Cart Recovery Specialist, you will actively reconnect with customers who left their purchases incomplete, guiding them toward confident buying decisions that benefit their pets' health. This role supports our mission by converting uncertain prospects into satisfied, loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers who have abandoned their carts to re-engage and encourage completion of purchases.
• Assist pet owners in selecting appropriate products by providing clear, informative answers to their questions.
• Convert interested leads into confirmed sales by building trust, addressing any concerns, and emphasizing product value.
• Focus on transforming near-buyers into repeat customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with leadership and utilize robust training materials to enhance conversion techniques and customer interactions.
• Earn uncapped commissions coupled with hourly wages, operating seamlessly within our sales and communication systems.
• Perform duties remotely using tools such as Salesforce, Vonage, and Slack to maintain effective communication.

Compensation and Benefits

• This position offers hourly pay at or above minimum wage plus commissions on recovered sales, with expected earnings between $55,000 and $100,000 in the first year.

Desired Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in abandoned cart recovery is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to turn leads into sales.
• Passion or background in health and wellness, especially related to pets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to establish trust quickly.
• Capability to engage warm leads and guide them to confident purchasing decisions.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Must have reliable internet connectivity and equipment including a fast laptop/desktop with mic, camera, and headset.
• Strongly preferred: Ethernet connection with internet speeds of minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, plus low latency and packet loss for uninterrupted communication.
