About Novus ChemStrength
Novus ChemStrength is seeking a dedicated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand its customer base and foster relations within Ahmedabad and its surrounding regions.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Visit pharmaceutical firms, laboratories, research centers, hospitals, colleges, and industries to showcase company products.
- Promote and explain the features and benefits of the company’s products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage quotations effectively.
- Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales goals.
- Submit detailed daily reports on visits and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed 12th grade or possess a graduate degree.
- Between one to three years of experience in field sales or marketing roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and its nearby locations.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹24,000 combined with attractive incentives.
