Job description

About the Role

Serve as the key HR partner managing the entire employee lifecycle for the Learning Centres business unit in Mumbai, providing comprehensive HR support onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding, inductions, employee confirmations, and performance management processes end-to-end.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to facilitate performance conversations and address employee issues.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and improving retention rates.
  • Partner with heads of functions including sales, marketing, content, placement, and delivery for workforce planning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and governance standards.
  • Coordinate HR operations activities with the central HR team effectively.
  • Monitor employee productivity and optimize resource distribution.
  • Foster robust employee relations and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 to 4 years of human resources experience with offline sectors such as FMCG and Edtech.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full employee lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities coupled with high accountability.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-moving, autonomous work environment.
