About the Role
Serve as the key HR partner managing the entire employee lifecycle for the Learning Centres business unit in Mumbai, providing comprehensive HR support onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, inductions, employee confirmations, and performance management processes end-to-end.
- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to facilitate performance conversations and address employee issues.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and improving retention rates.
- Partner with heads of functions including sales, marketing, content, placement, and delivery for workforce planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and governance standards.
- Coordinate HR operations activities with the central HR team effectively.
- Monitor employee productivity and optimize resource distribution.
- Foster robust employee relations and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 to 4 years of human resources experience with offline sectors such as FMCG and Edtech.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full employee lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with high accountability.
- Ability to excel in a fast-moving, autonomous work environment.
