About the Role
iRocket is experiencing rapid expansion and seeks a dedicated HR & People Operations Lead to establish and enhance HR frameworks, spearhead talent acquisition and development efforts, and cultivate a culture characterized by high performance and inclusivity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including talent sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention planning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive people operations policies, employee handbooks, and performance management systems.
- Handle compensation administration, benefits coordination, payroll processing, and ensure adherence to HR regulations.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, training programs, career development, and wellness activities.
- Monitor HR metrics, produce reports, and utilize data to guide strategic decisions.
- Act as a reliable HR advisor for company leadership and all teams.
- Guarantee compliance with labor laws, OSHA, and EEO requirements and maintain audit preparedness.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within startup or engineering environments.
- Proven practical experience in recruiting, managing employee performance, and handling compensation structures.
- In-depth knowledge of HR legislation, compliance issues, and industry best practices.
- Experience with implementing and managing HR technology systems such as HRIS and ATS.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and confidence in managing conflict resolution.
- Capability to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
