About the Role

iRocket is experiencing rapid expansion and seeks a dedicated HR & People Operations Lead to establish and enhance HR frameworks, spearhead talent acquisition and development efforts, and cultivate a culture characterized by high performance and inclusivity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including talent sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention planning.

Candidate Requirements
