About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver trusted advice covering the entire employee lifecycle, such as performance management, engagement, talent development, organizational structure, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Coach leaders in developing high-performing teams and enhancing leadership capabilities.
  • Support organizational change efforts including role design, workforce adjustments, and transformation projects.
  • Lead or contribute to essential People & Culture initiatives like remuneration reviews, talent succession planning, performance review cycles, and employee experience programs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and modernize People & Culture processes using technology, automation, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Leverage people data and insights to guide decision-making and detect trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the broader People & Culture team to provide consistent, scalable, and high-quality people solutions.
  • Help evolve our People & Culture operating model as the organization grows and matures.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced HR Business Partner or Generalist with expertise across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Trusted advisor capable of establishing credibility and partnering effectively with business leaders.
  • Commercially astute, balancing business objectives with positive employee experiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in fast-paced settings.
  • Interested in technology and continuous improvement with a passion for smarter, efficient work practices.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach to solving problems and delivering results.
  • Balances empathy with practical judgement in handling complex or sensitive people issues.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives on building strong relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven background as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, organizational change, performance management, and leadership coaching.
  • Experience managing organizational change and transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to constructively influence and challenge.
  • Sound commercial judgement balancing people and business needs.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or rapidly growing organizations considered highly advantageous.
  • Growth-oriented mindset focused on leveraging technology and modern work practices to enhance employee experience.
