Scouto AI is seeking an enthusiastic and technically inclined fresher for the position of HR Executive with a focus on AI and HR technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in comprehensive recruitment operations across diverse departments.
- Help source candidates utilizing online job portals, networking platforms, referrals, campus engagements, and AI-driven sourcing technologies.
- Evaluate resumes rigorously to match job criteria and company requirements.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination between applicants and hiring personnel.
- Maintain precise recruitment tracking, candidate records, and hiring documentation.
- Collaborate with advanced HR tech platforms including ATS, HRMS, AI chatbots, and workforce analytics tools.
- Facilitate the adoption and execution of AI-based HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Leverage AI applications to automate routine administrative tasks and increase efficiency.
- Contribute to creating HR policies, reports, documentation, and communications through AI-powered solutions.
- Support onboarding processes, including managing formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
- Ensure meticulous upkeep of employee records and HR databases maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong dedication to human resources and workforce management.
- Fundamental knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR workflows.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) is mandatory.
