Job description

Role Overview

This position is dedicated to verifying the accuracy, quality, and compliance of customer visit details by performing detailed field audits. The role involves on-site customer verifications, matching data against company records, and evaluating how effectively collection interactions are carried out. Additionally, it encompasses preparing comprehensive audit reports, identifying gaps, and proposing enhancements. The incumbent also plays a supportive role in training collection agents to align their efforts with audit guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring consistent adherence to field operation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly conduct visits to customer locations to confirm that collection agents have accurately recorded contact information, visit dates, and visit outcomes.
  • Compare and verify data from field visits against system records to locate any differences or inconsistencies.
  • Assess the quality of customer engagement and measure the effectiveness of collection processes.
  • Generate thorough audit reports outlining observations, recommendations, and areas requiring attention.
  • Contribute to the creation of training content and help facilitate training sessions designed to improve collection agents' compliance with audit criteria and procedural best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in field auditing or in a comparable role is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical ability coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Good proficiency with computers, including CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation.
  • Prior exposure to the collections sector is preferable.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to collections is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the geographic regions for conducting audits would be beneficial.
