Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator for a 12-month contract within our HR team covering Australia and New Zealand. This multifaceted position supports various aspects of Human Resources, enabling you to collaborate closely with a skilled team on engaging and impactful tasks. You will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that influence the professional experience of Tiffany employees across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment administration including phone screenings, interview scheduling, coordination of recruitment events, contract drafting, offer management, and onboarding processes.
  • Deliver timely and precise administrative support for general HR activities.
  • Oversee the HR general enquiries inbox, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
  • Maintain employee data records within the HRIS system accurately.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to improve workforce satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Tiffany’s policies and procedures, coordinate Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) management processes, and handle Workers Compensation management.

Candidate Profile

  • At least two years of full-time experience in HR administration or coordination roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Experience with HRIS data reporting and support, preferably with Oracle HCM.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and similar collaboration platforms.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humor, fostering a fun and engaging work environment.
