Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator for a 12-month contract within our HR team covering Australia and New Zealand. This multifaceted position supports various aspects of Human Resources, enabling you to collaborate closely with a skilled team on engaging and impactful tasks. You will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that influence the professional experience of Tiffany employees across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment administration including phone screenings, interview scheduling, coordination of recruitment events, contract drafting, offer management, and onboarding processes.
- Deliver timely and precise administrative support for general HR activities.
- Oversee the HR general enquiries inbox, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
- Maintain employee data records within the HRIS system accurately.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to improve workforce satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany’s policies and procedures, coordinate Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) management processes, and handle Workers Compensation management.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of full-time experience in HR administration or coordination roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Experience with HRIS data reporting and support, preferably with Oracle HCM.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and similar collaboration platforms.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and deliver comprehensive solutions.
