The Auckland store offers an exciting full-time opportunity to join as a Client Advisor. This role is pivotal in upholding Tiffany's legacy by delivering exceptional personalised customer experiences. Clients visit Tiffany to celebrate special moments or indulge themselves, entrusting us with their aspirations of style, elegance, and love. It is the Client Advisor's duty to honour these moments with grace and thoughtful understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain proactive communication with clients to deliver a uniquely tailored Tiffany Experience.
- Provide an uncompromising luxury service while efficiently managing the fast-paced retail environment.
- Support sales growth by enhancing client engagement and refining sales processes.
- Consistently exceed sales targets through effective client relationship management.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiasm for the Tiffany brand and a strong passion for customer service and sales.
- Two to three years of experience in sales or customer service roles focused on meeting targets and KPIs.
- Ability to forge meaningful relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the capacity to think beyond conventional methods.
- Flexibility to work during non-traditional trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
