About the Role
Super Hire is collaborating with a client to identify an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based in the United States for a full-time executive leadership position. The CHRO will be a vital member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping and guiding the company's overall human resources and people strategy to support growth, talent development, and excellent employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement the human resources strategy in line with the company's broader business goals.
- Work closely with executive leaders to facilitate workforce planning, organizational structure development, and talent management efforts.
- Design and enforce HR policies, programs, and industry best practices that cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws as well as HR regulations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, performance review systems, and employee relations initiatives.
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to drive strategic business decisions and ongoing process improvements.
- Lead organizational change management and contribute to business transformation projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR department, fostering operational excellence and team development.
- Partner with cross-functional senior leaders to enhance business growth and organizational performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or closely related discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR, including leadership roles at the senior level.
- Proven success designing and deploying enterprise-scale HR strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience managing talent acquisition, leadership training, succession planning, and organizational development efforts.
- Strong commercial awareness to align HR programs with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead change management and manage several strategic initiatives concurrently.
- Certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHR are advantageous; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

- Expertise in scaling fast-growing companies or leading significant HR transformations.
- Experience developing engagement and cultural programs for remote or decentralized teams.
- Background in executive coaching and leadership development.
- Knowledge in mergers and acquisitions integration or corporate restructuring.
- Skills in workforce planning, HR analytics, and strategic talent management.
